EZ Roofing, LLC was formed from the ground-up in Salt Lake City, Utah and Cabot, Arkansas in 2017.
Before EZ Roofing was even founded, our founder Brian Stephens knew he wanted to build more than just a construction company — he wanted to redefine what homeowners could expect from a contractor. Built on a foundation of honesty, reliability, and integrity, these weren’t just business goals; they were the values Brian was raised with. This vision led to the Welcome Home Guarantee — a commitment that our core values show up at every step of your project, whether you’re working with Brian directly or one of our Project Managers. By treating our team like family, we’ve created a culture of care that extends directly to you.

During every full replacement, your dedicated Project Manager is on-site from start to finish. You’ll receive a Live Digital Timeline — real-time photos and status updates sent directly to you as they happen. No matter where you are, you’ll always know exactly what’s going on with your roof.

We have two main offices located in Utah and Arkansas. We serve all of Salt Lake City, UT and the surrounding areas; as well as Little Rock, AR and the surrounding areas.
And we are licensed, bonded and insured.
We carry over $2,000,000 in general liability insurance — more than $1,000,000 above what the state requires. The moment a member of our team walks onto your property, all parties are fully protected. We are also a licensed Residential & Commercial Builder, which requires more knowledge and expertise to obtain than a standard roofing license.

This manufacturer warranties our installation directly — we met their standard for providing the highest-quality products and customer service, and we passed their background check requirements for being licensed and insured.
We’re also Google Guaranteed — meaning we passed a rigorous screening process by Google, including checks for business licenses, insurance, and other credentials. Google provides a money-back guarantee if a customer is not satisfied with the quality of work provided by our business.
We’re screened for financial stability and customer service. As a Preferred Contractor, we can also offer extended manufacturer warranties of up to 50 years.
