EZ Roofing completed a significant roofing project in the Camily Court Subdivision. Our team of expert inspectors identified extensive storm damage on multiple buildings, far beyond what was initially assessed as a simple repair.
Through diligent inspection and detailed damage reporting, we were able to secure insurance approval for a full roof replacement on all of the nine buildings. This included:
Comprehensive Roof Replacement: All shingle roofs were replaced with high-quality Owens Corning architectural shingle, installed in accordance with a high wind nailing pattern install of 6 nails per shingle, which equals a 130MPH wind rating.
Enhanced Protection: Upgraded synthetic felt, ventilation, starter strip, and ice and water barriers were installed to protect against future damage in the valleys, penetrations, and all sidewalls.
Aesthetic Upgrades: Sidewalls, penetrations, and vents were repaired and painted to match the new roof, enhancing the overall appearance of the buildings.
We also replaced multiple hundreds of feet of fascia – all of this and above for just a $1,000 deductible.
