- Contact EZ Roofing for a Free Inspection: Call our office to schedule an appointment and get started. All inspections are completely free — no pressure, no obligation.
- Inspection: An EZ Roofing representative will inspect your roof and exterior for deterioration, potential leak areas, and signs of storm damage using our 26-point inspection process. We also assess your soffit, fascia, gutters, windows, and siding — we call it a full property evaluation, not just a roof inspection.
- Developing a Game Plan: We will work with you to identify your needs and create a plan to address them, including options for repairs, replacements, or maintenance. If no repairs or replacements are necessary, we will let you know. Honesty is part of our Welcome Home Guarantee.
- Service Options: We’ll help determine how EZ Roofing can best serve you, whether it be through filing a claim, financing, or paying out of pocket. We offer $0 down financing with flexible terms and guaranteed approval on roof replacements.
- Welcome Call: After we start working together, you’ll receive a welcome call from our office. Our staff will work directly with you to ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
- Site Prep & Protection — The Catch-All System: Before a single shingle is touched, we verify all materials on-site and deploy our proprietary Catch-All System. This means heavy-duty tarps and perimeter protection are set up around your entire home — shielding your landscaping, siding, windows, and everything around your property. We don’t start until your home is fully protected. Because we treat your home like it’s our own.
- Tear Off & Weather-Proof Install: We tear off your existing roof and inspect the decking to ensure we’re installing on solid sheathing. Most roofs are fully installed in 1–4 days. Every installation follows our EZ Shield Roofing System — a proprietary standard that includes synthetic felt, ice & water barrier, full perimeter drip edge, real starter strip, 6-nail high-wind nailing pattern (130 MPH resistance), hail-resistant ridge cap, and comprehensive flashing at all walls and penetrations. We don’t compromise on standards.
- Dedicated Project Manager & Live Digital Timeline: During a full replacement, your dedicated Project Manager will be on-site from start to finish. You’ll receive a Live Digital Timeline — real-time photos and status updates sent directly to you as they happen. No matter where you are, you’ll always know exactly what’s going on with your roof. You’ll never have to wonder or call to check in.
- “White Glove” Cleanup: Once your roof is complete, we perform a meticulous final sweep of your entire property. Using high-powered magnets, we collect every stray nail, remove all debris, and leave your property spotless — exactly as we found it, minus the old roof.
- Final Walkthrough & Certificate of Completion (COC): We don’t consider a project finished until you sign off on it. Together, we walk through the full installation — checking shingle placement, all flashings, ridge caps, and nail caulkings — to ensure everything meets both your standards and ours. You’ll complete a Certificate of Completion (COC) confirming your satisfaction. We don’t leave until you’re 100% happy.
- Payment Collection & Warranty: Our office handles all invoicing and payment collection. You’ll receive your warranty documentation, and if applicable, your Owens Corning manufacturer warranty will be registered. We also offer extended warranties of up to 50 years as an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor. A 24/7 warranty hotline is available — if there’s ever an issue, your call will be answered and a technician scheduled the same day.
If your project has storm damage and we recommend you file a claim, our process has a few additional steps as follows:
- Filing an Insurance Claim: We’ll help you file a claim with your insurance company and guide you through every step of the process. You don’t have to navigate it alone.
- Adjuster Meeting: We’ll attend the adjuster meeting with you to walk through the damages with the insurance company side by side. Our team is highly experienced in working with adjusters and knows exactly what to document.
- Approval Process: Your insurance claim will be approved, denied, or written as repair. EZ Roofing is equipped with above industry-standard documentation to support your claim and help you receive what you’re entitled to. This process can take some time, but it’s worth it — we’re talking thousands of dollars in savings and getting your property fully restored to pre-storm condition.
Important: The recoverable depreciation portion of your claim is only released upon completion of work and contractor invoice. Most insurance companies limit the time window to collect depreciation — so don’t wait. If you have damage, the answer is yes — file the claim.

We do a physical evaluation of all aspects of your roof including shingle and slope wear-and-tear and overall roof condition. We also assess the condition of other exterior home features, including soffit, fascia, gutters, windows, and siding. That’s why we commonly refer to our roof inspections as property evaluations.
Our team’s property evaluation accurately determines your property’s condition and acts as a guide for keeping your home in top shape. In fact, we recommend a free inspection each year for that reason.
